Delicatessen Hotel Kempinski

At the foot of the Grand Hôtel Kempinski, a delicatessen opened discreetly during the summer period. This large space, dedicated to the art of eating well (on site or to take away), soberly named L'Epicier, now offers gourmet specialties with essentially transalpine origins.

Using the black ceiling system so that the DOXIS double spotlights disappear into the store, the lighting is both powerful and soft thanks to the COB reflectors and a 3,000K light with a high CRI of 96. Track and recessed system, all shelves incorporate light strips to illuminate the lower basket.
