“Without light, I don't exist. Then marry me…” “I want to read the infinite details of your fusion, to understand the depth of your matter. The encounter is unbearable, the contact too intense, so I escape in circles, always coming back, carried away by the desire to relive the charm of your sophisticated transparency. Near you, everything is so clear, but when I walk away, everything fades away. At your contact, I am one with you. Don 't think that when I leave, I will want to run away from you. It is simply to better admire the beauty of your contours and curves. Suspended in space, everything seems fragile and strong at the same time. We both know that beauty lies in our fragility." With his new Marry Me collection, Davide Oppizzi wanted to express the intimacy between glass and light, based on more than fifty years of Fiam's DNA, with all its subtlety, delicacy and depth. To create this subtle encounter, Davide Oppizzi first worked from the idea that the light should move away from the circular glass, giving it all its volume and allowing to read its structure in its entirety. So the ring had to wear these qualities where it met the glass. This point of contact becomes a key element, sitting in the very center of the glass disc. A fixture was required to hold the light ring and glass together. Like a ring and its diamond, the metal clasp brings the elegance of fine jewelry, with a precious and finely crafted finish. Easy to compose for horizontal or vertical spaces, its volume adapts to any contemporary setting, creating a single or multiple composition that presents itself, in any case, as the true "masterpiece" of your interior projects.
