The Eclipse Lamp is an iconic and historic piece at DCUBE SWISS. First because it is the first born of our collections, in 2002. At that time, coming out of Halogen technology, no brand was yet developing such miniaturized products: it opened the door to a totally untapped market. 25 years ago, very few people mastered the first "power LED", and Oppizzi Studio, with DGA, became a pioneer in this miniaturized integration. The product was launched at international watchmaking trade shows. Eclipse by DGA was then selected by CHANEL on a global scale, and that is when its success truly took off. It remained virtually alone on the market for more than 7 years, before other competitors entered the race. This lamp paved the way for industrial design in lighting at Davide Oppizzi.
